Sunset on Zandvoort Beach

Watching the sunset on Zandvoort beach is like watching the Greatest Show on earth! Just as the sun gets very low on the horizon there are always many, many people bathed in rich golden red sunlight lining up along the beach and along the boulevards to witness the spectacle of the Zandvoort sunset.

The photos in this slideshow were shot after a beautiful sunny day on the beach. It gives a modest impression of what is a truly wonderful sight to behold. You’ll see a kitesurfer gracefully moving over the waves and in the last slide, the glow of the cafe or pavillion lights of which there are so many along the seafront where many people retire to eat delicious meals.

The music by the way is by Stephen Caudel, an English composer. Here is Stephen’s website: www.stephencaudel.com

Enjoy!
